Hilton is hiring a Specialty Cook for the Trader Vic's restaurant located within the Hilton Atlanta. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and setting up a food production station and ensuring strict quality control for all items prepared on the hot line.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and set up your designated food production station.
- Perform quality control for all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasonings, and other hot line items.
- Work multiple kitchen stations including grill, sauté, and pantry.
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all food prepared on the line.
- Create appealing plate designs.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of hot line cook experience, including sauté station.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.
- A positive attitude and a strong team player mentality.
- Full availability, including weekends and holidays.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with wok cooking and Asian fusion cuisine.
