Responsibilities
- Plan and design internal gas distribution infrastructure, including piping networks, vertical risers, and distribution manifolds.
- Choose and calculate appropriate sizes for gas pipelines, pressure regulators, meters, and safety mechanisms.
- Verify all system designs and installations meet relevant codes and safety regulations.
- Oversee the on-site installation and startup of gas systems.
- Conduct system inspections and resolve operational issues in existing gas networks.
- Manage modernization and repair projects for aging building gas infrastructure.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineering consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop technical documentation, schematics, and project reports.
