Responsibilities
- Carry out routine operations and ongoing support for Wdesk platforms within the organization.
- Organize and prioritize change requests in collaboration with stakeholders, overseeing timely delivery by external partners while following established change management protocols.
- Spot opportunities for enhancement and assist local workspace administrators across Wdesk environments.
- Lead roll forward and release management tasks for workspaces ahead of reporting periods.
- Oversee incident resolution by coordinating with relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Communicate system downtime, whether scheduled or unexpected, and assist in implementing functional updates from Workiva.
- Uphold compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory requirements, including managing control activities and responding to audit inquiries.
- Offer specialized knowledge or coordinate experts to aid in solution design and performance improvements.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver training content and documentation for users.
- Maximize efficiency in utilizing partner resources and capabilities.
- Evaluate vendor performance and deliverables.
- Assist in renewing vendor support contracts and software licensing agreements within the FinOps domain.
- Support team members in using Vivantio, promoting best practices and change management.
