Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Specialist, Strategic Sourcing to provide support to clients and internal stakeholders in the optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies. In this role, you will be a subject matter expert supporting JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management.
What You'll Do
- Deliver market, supplier, and operational intelligence for services operations.
- Identify and lead appropriate field resources to execute strategic initiatives.
- Participate closely with clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to drive immediate and sustained client benefits.
- Perform periodic market trend analysis in specific categories, analyzing supplier base and industry changes.
- Report analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in a client-ready format.
- Be responsible for the implementation, coordination, and communication of regional and national programs.
- Support the Category Management team’s supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers.
- Provide management, instruction, and follow-up in support of operations teams' RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with JLL’s sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics.
- Establish a relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standards and are formally reviewed.
- Establish work priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve issues with Operations teams to assure client satisfaction.
- Support and assist development of diversity programs in accordance with client and company requirements.
- Participate in and provide leadership to Preferred Supplier performance review meetings.
- Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives.

- A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university.
- 5+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience.
- Excellent PC skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.

- Compensation: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 USD per year.

Work Mode
