CrowdStrike is hiring a Specialist Sales Manager, NG SIEM & Onum (Remote, BRA)

About the Role

CrowdStrike is looking for a Specialist Sales Manager to promote growth and shape the future of our Next-Gen SIEM and Data Pipelines (Onum) business. You’ll be responsible for building out your territory and maximizing market adoption by selling to top enterprise customers across Brazil.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, develop, and execute account strategy to close new business opportunities and expand revenue with customers across the assigned region.
  • Scope, negotiate, and bring to closure agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
  • Target and gain access to decision makers in key prospect accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers (typically CIO and CSO level) in industry, partners, and enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Field Sales, Channels & Alliances, Marketing, Sales Engineering, etc.) to create visibility and drive prospect engagement.
  • Work cooperatively with partners to leverage their established account presence and relationships.
  • Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate prospect information using Salesforce.com.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of high achievement selling enterprise platform solutions into one of the following markets: SIEM, log management, cybersecurity, observability, data analytics, orchestration, or data management.
  • Solid background in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), IT infrastructure, and application delivery.
  • Ability to adapt, thrive and excel in a fast-moving, nimble environment.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to skillfully interact with technical stakeholders and executive decision makers.
  • Success in owning and running the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close with a disciplined approach/methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler).
  • Comfortable in a team selling environment working in close collaboration with peers.
  • History and reputable track record of exceeding goals and sales quotas.
  • Consultative sales approach – ability to challenge companies/businesses to think differently.
  • Strength in evangelizing technology and new account acquisition (hunting).
  • Highly motivated and professional, with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter able to work independently but also team oriented.
  • Excellent problem resolution skills – resourceful and constructive.
