At Hims & Hers, our mission is to help the world feel great through the power of better health. We are seeking a Specialist, Rx Supply Chain to ensure we maintain optimal inventory levels and grow our relationships with pharmaceutical partners. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain, you will gain experience across multiple product lines and directly influence our supplier portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day purchase orders across Hims’ pharmaceutical partners
- Review and implement monthly forecasts
- Lead recurring calls with suppliers and serve as their main point of contact to review open orders
- Assist with ongoing quality assurance of suppliers, requesting and collecting necessary samples and documentation
- Develop and maintain purchase order management reporting
- Assist in the development of supplier scorecards and manage supplier adherence
- Assist in vendor site visits and business reviews
- Assist in the RFx process for identifying new ingredient suppliers
- Help identify, implement, and track cost-reduction strategies
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of work experience in supply chain, procurement, or a related field
- Experience with supplier relationship management including performance management and negotiating
- High degree of organization and attention to detail
- Experience with data analytics, with the ability to build and analyze basic reports
- Comfortable working in a fluid environment, managing fluctuating priorities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive internal and external decisions
- BS/BA degree
- Up to 10% travel
Nice to Have
- Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors preferred
- Experience with Netsuite, Google Sheets, Sourceday and other procurement tools preferred
- Supply Chain related certifications a plus
