PrimeVigilance is hiring a Specialist, Regulatory and Pharmacovigilance Network (Delivery) to provide strategic regulatory and pharmacovigilance expertise. In this role, you will manage key project deliverables and serve as a critical liaison between regulatory and other functional areas.
What You'll Do
- Assume leadership and functional representation for projects of low complexity, ensuring deliverables meet targets and comply with procedures.
- Provide regulatory intelligence and contribute to strategy development and project setup activities.
- Collect, review, track, and maintain Local Contact Persons' CVs, training records, contact details, and monthly reports.
- Ensure training compliance for Local Contact Persons and promptly identify and escalate project risks.
- Provide client expertise and guidance at the national level.
- Manage task and hour allocation, identifying any out-of-scope work.
- Prepare client invoices and review/approve vendor project invoices.
- Support proposal development, provide budget input, and represent the department in business development meetings as required.
- Foster professional relationships with internal and external contacts to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Stay abreast of changing regulatory requirements and maintain the intelligence database.
- Participate in audit/inspection preparation and represent the department for assigned projects.
- Track Local Contact Persons' key performance indicators and prepare monthly summary reports.
- Provide performance feedback on vendors and suggest improvements to departmental processes.
- May act as Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance or deputy.
Team & Environment
You will work under the direction of a senior member of the team in a remote capacity.
