MassMutual India is looking for a Specialist, Procurement to manage end-to-end procure-to-pay processes with a deep focus on compliance, efficiency, and stakeholder collaboration. You will be integral to supporting our inclusive, vibrant, and diverse culture where people help people.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Handle local procurement needs with expertise in HR, Admin, Facility, and Physical Security categories.
- Support procurement for Professional Services, including IT Contractor hiring, and IT infrastructure.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert to streamline processes and align metrics with global standards.
- Ensure timely task execution, multitask effectively, and meet all SLAs and business deadlines.
- Conduct supplier evaluation, lead contract negotiations, and manage ongoing contract relationships.
- Assess procurement risks and communicate complex issues clearly to legal and non-legal stakeholders.
- Utilize SAP Ariba for procurement operations and prepare detailed MIS reports.
- Draft, redline, and interpret legal and procurement contract clauses.
- Negotiate a variety of agreements, including MSAs, MHSAs, MPAs, PSAs, SOWs, Work Orders, LOIs, MOUs, and Term Sheets.
- Collaborate with the Head of Procurement Operations to report on contract status, SLAs, KPIs, and compliance.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations using advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Communicate effectively using strong written and verbal communication skills.
What We're Looking For
- 6–8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations, preferably in a corporate or shared services environment.
- Strong understanding of India P2P processes and procurement best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba or similar procurement platforms.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to interpret and support contract terms and procurement policies.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
