Becton Dickinson (BD) is hiring an Associate Territory Manager (Portland OR)

Becton Dickinson (BD) is looking for an Associate Territory Manager to join our UCC Homecare division in Portland, Oregon. In this field-based role, you will support Territory Managers, demonstrate products to healthcare professionals, and build strategic account relationships to drive sales revenue across the Pacific Northwest.

What You'll Do

• Drive sales revenue to exceed established priorities and revenue targets within assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain sustainable strategic business relationships in key accounts.
• Perform product demonstrations, customer education, and in-services, including for electronic platforms.
• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual plans to meet territory revenue targets.
• Leverage and engage with care support teams to provide support and service to patients, HCPs, and stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively within patient care PODs consisting of Territory Managers, Clinical Managers, Care Coordinators, and others.
• Develop and maintain a level of excellence in clinical knowledge within respective disease states.
• Deliver excellence in territory management, account nurturing, and selling acumen.
• Control expenses within territory budgets and manage resources per policy.
• Maintain open, positive, and productive communication with sales support, customer service, and management.
• Develop and maintain accurate customer and account files, both written and electronic.
• Complete requested administrative duties including call reports, monthly results reports, and UCC reports.
• Attend and represent BD at local, regional, and national medical conferences.
• Travel extensively (80% including overnight) to provide in-servicing, product demonstrations, and account support.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Minimum one to three years of B2B sales experience with demonstrated sales success.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willing and able to travel 80-90% with frequent overnights within Portland, Oregon and Pacific Northwest geography.

• Salesforce.com experience.

Team & Environment

Works within patient care PODs consisting of Territory Managers, Clinical Managers, Care Coordinators, Dedicated Documentation Coordinator, and regional supervisors.

Benefits & Compensation

• Annual compensation range of $85k, which includes base salary and incentive pay.

Work Mode

This is a field-based position covering Portland, Oregon and the Pacific Northwest region.
