Baptist Health is hiring an RN Weekend to join our team at Baptist Medical Center South. In this role, you will be responsible for the general supervision and coordination of nursing activities during weekends and holidays to ensure quality and continuity of patient care.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing personnel on shift, particularly during weekends and holidays.
- Utilize the nursing process in patient assessments, care planning, and performing care interventions.
- Collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare clinicians in the planning and implementation of patient care.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Nursing.
- Active RN licensure.
- BLS certification.
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Work Mode
This position requires full-time, onsite work at Baptist Medical Center South.
