DaVita is looking for a Learning Operations Specialist to support the logistical execution of DVU & Clinical learning programs, experiences, and assets under Wisdom’s Learning Center of Excellence. You will be key to delivering seamless learning experiences.
What You'll Do
- Execute and moderate virtual instructor-led training sessions.
- Align with program owner/faculty on responsibilities and build show flows, updating as programs change.
- Manage scheduling and session availability in the LMS for faculty and participants.
- Create MS Teams sessions and produce sessions, providing service excellence for participants and Faculty.
- Process Tier 1 tickets through the ticketing queue system and training-related tickets for assigned programs.
- Update master training calendars, program guides/job aids, and schedules as needed.
- Edit program materials as needed to reflect bi-annual curriculum updates.
- Support Tier 1 administrative processes for programs including LMS Session Creation, roster management, enrollments, and assignments.
- Conduct learner feedback sessions and share findings of learning evaluations.
- Collect learner data to determine potential program enhancements.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in a planning, coordinating, or education administration role.
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Ability to travel 0-10%.
