DaVita is hiring a Specialist, Learning Operations

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement learning programs that align with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions.
  • Manage the logistics of training events, including scheduling, materials, and facilities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Create and maintain documentation for training programs and materials.
  • Provide support to learners and instructors, addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
  • Monitor and report on training metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
  • Manage the learning management system, including user access and course administration.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance learner engagement and participation.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to instructors and trainers.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Assist in the development of training budgets and resource allocation.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to align training programs with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement e-learning modules and online courses.
  • Conduct post-training evaluations to assess the impact and effectiveness of programs.
  • Provide technical support for learning technologies and platforms.
  • Create and maintain a database of training resources and materials.
  • Support the development of a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Certification in instructional design or a related field.
  • Experience with advanced learning technologies and platforms.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and principles.

  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
