Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on technical and functional support to key business stakeholders and assist with technical aspects of application projects, including third-party and in-house systems.
- Collaborate with functional leads to create implementation strategies and align activities across various business functions.
- Organize and lead meetings, capturing important outcomes, risks, and unresolved issues.
- Operate independently with accountability for designated systems or business relationships, ensuring clear communication between business units and IT teams.
- Maintain and support RightAngle applications, external data interfaces, and web-based services.
- Develop SQL queries to diagnose system issues and generate reports.
