What You'll Do
Support the continuous monitoring of network, server, and system performance using established tools, helping ensure reliable operations. Identify and report alerts, outages, or performance anomalies, contributing to timely resolution efforts. Under supervision, assist in diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues affecting network or system functionality.
Document incidents accurately and maintain service tickets with up-to-date information. Participate in routine technical tasks such as hardware checks, system verifications, and tracking of patching or backup procedures. Assist in maintaining inventory records for IT assets, office equipment, and supplies.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a relevant academic program with a focus on information technology, facilities management, or administrative operations. Strong attention to detail and organizational ability. Basic understanding of network and system operations is beneficial. Ability to follow procedures, communicate effectively, and work under guidance in a structured environment.
