About the Role
The Specialist, Client Management is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and coordination of service delivery. This position ensures clients receive consistent support and that their business requirements are met efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and ongoing account management
- Monitor client accounts to ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly
- Track and report on client performance metrics and service outcomes
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new clients
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Support contract renewals and client retention initiatives
- Provide feedback to internal stakeholders based on client input
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations
- Participate in client meetings and status updates
- Manage client communications across multiple channels
- Track deliverables and follow up on pending actions
- Assist in the development of client-facing materials
- Stay informed about product and service changes affecting clients
- Collaborate with sales and implementation teams during client transitions
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess client health
- Support change management processes for client accounts
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Use CRM tools to log interactions and manage workflows
- Drive continuous improvement in client service processes
- Respond to client requests within defined timeframes
