About the Role

McKesson is hiring a Specialist, Client Management to be the primary point of contact and the face of Biologics for our biopharma partners, ensuring service excellence and mitigating business risk. This role manages strategically critical client programs that cross multiple business lines within Biologics.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor program profitability against plan monthly and prepare analysis if thresholds are not met.
  • Understand contractual obligations and negotiate incremental contractual arrangements after program go-live.
  • Coordinate internal effort to produce sizing on new client initiatives and deliver pricing to customer.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all client invoices prior to billing release.
  • Act as primary point of contact for the client related to projects and project status information.
  • Manage client expectation regarding the delivery of services.
  • Provide customer with proactive consultative services on process improvement, revenue generating & cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to the client on the state of the business.
  • Drive collaboration across all Biologics Program Operations Teams.
  • Monitor monthly performance against service level agreements and develop plan for corrective action if service levels are not met.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day program issues.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports according to program SLAs.
  • Manage project timeline, cross-functional teams, and interdepartmental communication.
  • Monitor team tracking on customer projects.
  • Provide status reports to ensure senior level management visibility to program operation.
  • Build team environment with internal partners.
  • Manage conflict resolution to ensure successful/productive project outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • A 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience in account management or project management.
  • Ability to be collaborative, customer-focused, and able to create visible value to client.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects toward effective solutions and according to budget and timelines.
  • Strong capability in process documentation and improvement, with analytical skill.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop strong team relationships and bring individuals together to focus on team goals.

Nice to Have

  • An advanced degree, MBA or MHS, highly preferred.
  • 3+ years business experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Account/Client Management, Finance, Distribution, or Management Consulting is preferred.
  • Advanced project management and organization skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and Project.
  • CRM Software Experience.

You will be part of the Client Relationship group (Strategic Account Management) within Biologics by McKesson, reporting to a Manager.
