What You’ll Do
- Shape enterprise strategy by aligning AI capabilities with hiring needs—deploying conversational agents for high-volume roles and orchestration tools for professional and internal mobility hiring
- Lead technical sales conversations with executives, including CHROs, CIOs, and compliance leads, demonstrating how integrated AI improves efficiency without compromising data integrity
- Challenge legacy CRM models by showcasing a unified data architecture that eliminates integration debt and enhances recruiter experience
- Partner with core sales teams to embed AI solutions within broader platform transformations, selling a unified vision rather than point products
- Address regulatory and ethical considerations by articulating principles of responsible AI and data privacy compliance
- Build pipelines across existing clients and net-new accounts, forecasting accurately in a high-velocity environment
What You Bring
- Five or more years selling cloud-based HR or AI technologies to senior executives, with a strong grasp of talent acquisition workflows
- Deep understanding of HR tech layers—including ATS, CRM, and AI orchestration—and how they interact
- Proven success in platform selling, with the ability to communicate synergies across products
- Fluency in both English and German, with strong communication across technical and business stakeholders
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers and compliance requirements
