As a Spare Parts & Reconditioning Specialist, you will lead the development and execution of commercial strategies for spare parts and reconditioned equipment. Your role is central to optimizing procurement, sales processes, and supply chain efficiency, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely delivery to end customers. You will work closely with regional leadership to align with strategic objectives and enhance market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement commercial strategies for spare parts and reconditioning services
- Negotiate procurement terms with suppliers and manage end-to-end purchasing activities
- Develop and maintain the supply chain for spare parts distribution
- Identify new sales opportunities and prepare tailored commercial proposals
- Analyze offers and manage order fulfillment for both suppliers and clients
- Monitor delivery schedules, resolve incidents, and oversee warranty processes
- Track and report on key commercial performance indicators
- Maintain accurate records in the ERP system, including deliveries, invoices, and inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with financial targets and project timelines
Qualifications
- Professional background in Engineering, Technical fields, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Proven experience in sales, purchasing, or supply chain roles
- Strong understanding of spare parts operations across wind, solar, and other renewable technologies
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Gmao, Myapps, and e-commerce platforms
- Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are an asset
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Familiarity with logistics, accounting principles, and stakeholder management
