Sutherland is looking for Spanish/English Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador for a sports-focused client. You'll support all aspects related to the customer's digital sports platforms to deliver superior fan experiences.
What You'll Do
- Create best-in-class experiences for all fans that contact us by demonstrating patience and acknowledging customer problems and issues.
- Educate the fan, help them accomplish their goals—like streaming a game or creating a fantasy account—and talk sports throughout the interaction.
- Effectively use all available technology tools and resources to resolve fan inquiries.
- Develop and maintain a general knowledge of the client’s products and services.
