Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Spanish Speaking Marketplace Customer Representative to join our team. You will provide excellent support and guidance to Spanish-speaking customers, serving as an integral part of ensuring they receive outstanding service while engaging with our marketplace.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via telephony, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with navigating the marketplace, helping them with inquiries about products, prices, and order processes.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, aiming for prompt and effective resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
- Work closely with various departments to relay customer feedback to drive improvements in service and product offerings.
- Ensure you stay updated on marketplace policies, procedures, and promotions to inform customers accurately.
- Engage in team training sessions and contribute to collaborative problem-solving strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Ability to handle queries and solve problems with a strong customer focus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using digital communication tools.
