Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Spanish Speaking Marketplace Customer Representative to join our team. You will provide excellent support and guidance to Spanish-speaking customers, serving as an integral part of ensuring they receive outstanding service while engaging with our marketplace.

What You'll Do

Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via telephony, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with navigating the marketplace, helping them with inquiries about products, prices, and order processes.
Resolve customer issues and complaints, aiming for prompt and effective resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
Work closely with various departments to relay customer feedback to drive improvements in service and product offerings.
Ensure you stay updated on marketplace policies, procedures, and promotions to inform customers accurately.
Engage in team training sessions and contribute to collaborative problem-solving strategies.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
