Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Spanish Speaking Email Support Specialist to deliver prompt and effective email support to our Spanish-speaking clientele. This remote role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and efficient problem resolution.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in Spanish, delivering accurate information about products and services.
- Assist with order management, account inquiries, and general customer support issues.
- Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all email interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless flow of information and enhance service quality.
- Identify recurring issues in customer inquiries and suggest process improvements.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide reliable assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to manage customer inquiries effectively.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time in a remote setting.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and fostering positive client relationships.
