OnlyExperts is seeking a detail-oriented General Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. You will play a key role in supporting our financial reporting, operational accounting processes, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is hands-on with NetSuite and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) operations.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and review monthly balance sheet account reconciliations (e.g., cash, accounts payable, accruals, fixed assets).
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
- Run, customize, and distribute financial reports and operational data from NetSuite.
- Support monthly close reporting requirements, including variance analysis and management reporting packages.
- Assist with vendor onboarding, invoice coding, and purchase order matching.
- Review P2P transactions for accuracy and adherence to approval workflows.
- Partner with AP and procurement teams to resolve vendor and payment-related inquiries.
- Track project costs, budgets, and billings in alignment with internal reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to ensure accurate cost allocations.
- Support general ledger entries, accruals, and other month-end close activities.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve reporting efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience in account reconciliations and financial report generation.
- Proven expertise in P2P (Procure-to-Pay) operations support.
- Direct experience with project accounting, including cost tracking and budget management.
- Strong proficiency in NetSuite for report customization and data distribution.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
- Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
