Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Spanish Speaking Client Support Specialist to deliver outstanding service to our clients. You will provide comprehensive support and act as a key point of contact, ensuring client needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, and account management.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex client issues effectively and timely.
- Document client interactions meticulously to enhance service quality.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements based on client feedback.
- Stay informed about company offerings to provide accurate and helpful information.
- Engage in professional development and training to continuously improve performance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- A willingness to relocate and adapt to a new environment is required.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer support, client relations, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload efficiently.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to assist clients effectively.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and software is beneficial.
