Foley is hiring an Enterprise Business Development Representative

About the Role

At Foley, we are looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative to be the tip of the spear, driving new pipeline for our Enterprise Account Executives. You will identify, engage, and qualify high-value prospects by executing broad outbound strategies and Account-Based Marketing campaigns targeting organizations with complex buying cycles.

What You'll Do

  • Execute personalized outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to target enterprise accounts with typically 100+ drivers or 1,000+ employees.
  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to execute ABM programs, focusing on high-potential target accounts with tailored messaging.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery to understand business needs, decision-making structure, compliance challenges, and budget authority.
  • Book high-quality discovery meetings for Enterprise AEs that align with ideal customer profile criteria.
  • Perform deep account-level research to support 1:1 or 1:few ABM outreach.
  • Maintain accurate activity records and opportunity stages in Salesforce with a focus on speed-to-lead and data hygiene.
  • Share real-time insights from conversations to improve campaign performance and refine targeting.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years experience in B2B SaaS sales or lead generation.
  • Proven ability to exceed pipeline generation goals.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • CRM proficiency, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong understanding of long sales cycles and multi-threaded selling.

Nice to Have

  • Enterprise sales experience.
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and tools, and working knowledge of intent data or engagement signals.
  • Experience selling into transportation, logistics, or compliance-heavy industries.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC or Sandler selling frameworks.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations or enterprise compliance solutions.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $50,000 base salary.
  • 3 medical plans, 2 levels of dental, and 2 levels of vision plans.

Work Mode

This is a remote position open to candidates located in CT, MA, GA, SC, FL, or TX.
