Responsibilities - Deliver outstanding customer assistance to Spanish-speaking clients concerning travel reservations, travel routes, and agency policies via phone, email, and chat platforms. - Support customers with inquiries, booking modifications, cancellations, and provide comprehensive travel guidance. - Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to maximize client satisfaction. - Systematically record customer interactions and ensure precise issue follow-up. - Coordinate with internal departments and travel collaborators to guarantee smooth client experiences. - Inform customers about available travel alternatives and exclusive promotional offerings to enhance their journey. - Collect client feedback to contribute to service refinement and operational improvements.
