HEDIS Record Analysts / Medical Data Specialists Job Types: Full-time Seasonal, Part-time seasonal This is a telecommute position accessible to professionals within the United States. Pay Structure: - Training compensation rate: $20/hour - Active Season Compensation Rate: $27/hour Primary Purpose: Working under Medical Record Review leadership, the HEDIS Data Specialist performs systematic documentation collection and extraction for HEDIS initiatives, comparable projects, and supplementary data gathering. The team will adhere to established chart evaluation productivity benchmarks. Job Roles and Responsibilities: - Accountable for examining clinical documentation and transferring essential HEDIS information into designated digital platforms supporting reporting and quality enhancement - Entering data into Advantmed proprietary software - Preserving specified accuracy performance levels - Adhering to HIPAA regulatory requirements - Completing self-guided recorded training modules within predetermined timeframes Requirements: Experience: - Minimum 2 years or 2 seasons professional experience in HEDIS assessment/Review across specified healthcare measures - Specialized expertise in comprehensive sub-measures: TRC, PPC, WCC - Medical Documentation Certification: CPC, CCS, RHIT, RHIA via AAPC or AHIMA OR - Licensed Healthcare Professional: LPN, LVN, RN with current professional credentials - Requirement of Windows-compatible computing device and reliable high-speed internet connectivity Working Schedule: - Mandatory completion of self-paced recorded training program within specified duration - Post-training availability between 6:00 am EST and 6:00 pm EST - Minimum 4-hour daily commitment, maximum 8-hour daily engagement - Chart reviews processed sequentially each day without shift divisions - Potential weekend opportunities contingent on management's operational requirements
