Key Responsibilities: - Execute comprehensive market analysis to pinpoint dependable suppliers of road bike components, guaranteeing quality and performance benchmarks are achieved. - Engage in pricing negotiations and secure advantageous conditions with suppliers to optimize profit margins and enhance product selections. - Evaluate sales metrics and market dynamics to make strategic decisions and accurately predict demand. - Supervise inventory control to ensure accessibility of popular components while minimizing surplus stock. - Engage with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to develop promotional approaches and product introductions. - Formulate strategies to assess product performance, enabling modifications to improve sales results and customer satisfaction. - Cultivate and maintain supplier relationships to ensure consistent product excellence and support enduring partnerships. - Remain current on industry innovations and competitive landscape to maintain our offerings relevant and attractive.
