What Will You Do? • Develop, initiate, and oversee high-return paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and complementary platforms. • Craft persuasive marketing language that generates clicks and conversions. • Execute comparative testing on ad visuals and destination pages to consistently enhance performance. • Monitor & evaluate campaign metrics using advanced analytics tools. • Partner with Paid Media Leadership and interdepartmental teams—including design, content, web, and marketing—to create integrated, high-impact campaigns. Requirements Must-haves: • 3+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign strategies. • Native-level English proficiency. • Academic credential in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related discipline. • Professional background in digital marketing agency environment. • Robust marketing expertise and capability to develop compelling sales narratives. Nice-to-haves: • Familiarity with Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or alternative platforms. • Validated Google Ads and Meta Ads credentials. • Google Analytics Professional Certification. Work-timings: • 9 AM-5 PM EST standard workweek (Monday - Friday). Completely remote.
