Sr. Industrial Engineer: Supply Chain Locations: Schnucks Store Support Center (Corporate Office) Time type: Full time Job requisition id: R-0041563 JOB SUMMARY Accountable for optimizing warehouse operations, transportation strategies, guiding continuous enhancement initiatives, integrating cutting-edge technologies, confirming labor metrics, creating equipment configurations, and maintaining industry safety protocols. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Spearhead implementation of operational refinements and technological advancements across distribution centers. - Direct continuous improvement strategies across supply chain domains. - Construct and execute warehouse process enhancements, including warehouse management system optimization and analytical reporting. - Design and implement transportation process innovations and network strategic analysis. - Evaluate and validate industry safety regulations and design benchmarks and guidelines. - Coach warehouse supervisors on supply chain management methodologies to elevate operational productivity. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Required Education: Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering or closely-related engineering discipline. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES - Strong technical expertise from professional experience, training, or certification: - A3 - Six Sigma (Green level or higher) - Kaizen - Kanban - Tableau - PowerBI - Supply Chain design. WORK ENVIRONMENT - 40 hours per week during office hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Corporate remote work. Schnucks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
