Responsibilities - Support Norwegian-speaking clients across multiple communication channels including email, instant messaging, and telephone, addressing their questions and resolving platform-related challenges. - Identify and resolve technical issues concerning user accounts and platform performance quickly. - Instruct users on optimizing their platform engagement and understanding its comprehensive features. - Precisely record customer challenges and resolution strategies within our customer relationship management system to maintain service quality. - Partner with cross-functional teams to highlight recurring issues and propose user experience enhancements. - Remain informed about emerging platform capabilities and modifications to deliver precise assistance. - Conduct follow-up communications with users to confirm their satisfaction with implemented solutions. Requirements - Native or advanced proficiency in Norwegian and English, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities. - Demonstrated background in customer support or technical assistance, particularly within digital environments. - Comprehensive understanding of digital platforms and their operational mechanisms. - Demonstrable problem-resolution capabilities and customer-centric approach. - Superior communication and interpersonal engagement skills. - Familiarity with customer relationship management software and support technologies is advantageous. - Capacity to operate autonomously and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
