We are searching for a dedicated registered nurse (RN) to enhance our expanding team! In this position, you will deliver essential after-hours support, evaluating hospice patient and family needs via telephone with professionalism and understanding. You will assist in ensuring prompt interventions and care coordination for individuals receiving hospice services. Requirements - Active multistate Registered Nurse (RN) license - Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience strongly preferred - Technological proficiency and comfort with electronic medical records - Ability to document efficiently in fast-paced environments - Capacity to manage stress and simultaneously handle multiple calls - Exceptional communication and analytical skills - Independent remote work capabilities - Consistent attendance and reliable internet connectivity during scheduled shifts Key Responsibilities - Conduct telephone triage for hospice patients and families - Evaluate patient conditions and determine appropriate interventions - Collaborate with on-call teams for care and resource coordination - Precisely document communications and interventions - Maintain professional composure during urgent communications Benefits Weekend Hospice Triage RNs, upon team assignment, receive $27 hourly. Multiple opportunities exist to increase earnings up to $30 per hour within initial 6 months. Nurses qualify for $1 shift differentials for overnight and weekend shifts.
