Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Experience Representative to serve as the friendly voice for our Spanish-speaking clientele. You will engage with customers across multiple channels to provide assistance, ensure an outstanding experience, and help us continuously improve our service.
What You'll Do
- Connect with Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat to provide delightful support.
- Respond to inquiries and share useful information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
- Gather feedback from customers to help continuously improve service.
- Support customers with personalized recommendations that meet their unique needs.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a fantastic customer experience.
- Keep up to date with company offerings and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive demeanor.
- Ability to handle tricky situations with grace and offer solutions.
- A knack for working well in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to customer needs and varying work hours.

- Previous customer service experience.
