Deckers Brands is looking for a Spanish-speaking Consumer Relations Representative for a 5-month Fixed-Term Contract. In this role, you will offer seamless customer service across our brands: HOKA, UGG, and Teva. This is a multi-lingual position requiring written and oral fluency in Spanish and English.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent, proactive customer service at all contact points via telephone, email, web chat, and social media
- Act as a country specialist for your market to advise on current trends and local knowledge
- Collaborate with the Customer Resolution team to ensure order fulfilment
- Analyze consumer feedback to cultivate process improvements
- Get involved with consumer experience projects across the wider business
- Promote a 'One team' spirit by demonstrating meaningful teamwork and supporting colleagues
What We're Looking For
- Written and oral fluency in Spanish and English is essential
- Availability to start 8 September 2025
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- An interest in the fashion/apparel industry and our brands
