DXC Technology is seeking a Help Desk Support professional to join our Customer Solution Centers. In this fully remote role, you'll provide support to resolve moderate technical issues and answer service, product, and customer-relations questions.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer issues using standard protocols.
- Successfully resolve moderate technical issues related to hardware and software from incoming contacts.
- Respond to service, product, technical, and customer-relations questions on subjects like features and options.
- Proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.
What We're Looking For
- A high school education or equivalent.
- 1 year of general experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and college-level education.
- Superior skills in both written and verbal communication.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, either remote or face-to-face.
- Computer proficiency with applicable software applications.
- Strong problem-solving and data entry accuracy.
- Excellent fluency in the language to be supported.
- Experience in a phone-based remote role, e-support, e-chat, or similar.
- Familiarity with computer technology.
- Knowledge of call routing, case management processes, and case logging systems.
- Understanding of internal processes and tools.
- Experience with Knowledge Management Systems and appropriate documentation.

Team & Environment
You'll be part of a Customer Solution Center providing remote service. Your work will be reviewed periodically by your Supervisor or Team Lead, whom you'll report to directly.
