Responsibilities
- Assist clients throughout the full lifecycle of card and payment services, covering both issuance and acquiring functions.
- Conduct clear and professional communication in Spanish with clients, partners, and internal departments.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational and technical challenges to enhance payment acceptance and uncover growth potential.
- Examine transactional and operational data to produce performance reviews with actionable insights for merchants.
- Record detailed business and technical specifications, outlining project boundaries, effects, and measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate technical discussions between client teams, project units, support staff, and executive stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional groups to support ATM transaction processing and protocols based on ISO 8583 standards.
- Engage with major payment networks including Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, China UnionPay, and JCB.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients and internal collaborators by serving as a reliable point of contact and advisor.
- Respond flexibly to evolving business priorities and contribute to ongoing process optimization efforts.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish with strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Understanding of payment system architectures and processing workflows
- Proficiency in analyzing financial or transactional data sets
- Experience managing relationships with stakeholders across departments or organizations

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Adapt to changing business needs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
