What You'll Do
- Perform a range of massage and spa treatments according to established protocols, ensuring consistency and quality

- Keep detailed records in the Therapist Log Book and attend scheduled team meetings
- Educate guests on spa offerings, recommend services, and promote retail products with confidence
- Support revenue goals through thoughtful upselling, repeat booking coordination, and cross-promotion
- Stay current with treatment techniques, product knowledge, and skincare advancements
- Collaborate with senior staff to refine spa procedures and enhance the guest journey
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid certification in oil massage, Thai massage, or basic massage as required by local regulations
- Fluent communication skills in the primary language of the workplace
- Prompt attendance with proper uniform, name tag, and hygiene practices
- Female therapists must wear makeup and keep hair styled up as per guidelines
- Commitment to professional appearance and guest-facing presentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a day spa or luxury wellness environment
