OpenAI is seeking a Sourcer, Go To Market (EMEA) to lead our top-of-funnel recruitment efforts for Go to Market functions. You will specialize in building robust teams across Technical Success, UserOps, Revenue Ops, and Sales, from initial role definition through mid-interview stages.
What You'll Do
- Manage top-of-funnel recruitment for GTM roles, including identifying talent needs, outreach, engagement, and early interview steps.
- Work directly with business leaders to understand departmental objectives and develop proactive hiring strategies.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience and uphold our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as HR, Legal, and Compensation to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and tools to attract and engage top-tier candidates, with a focus on enhancing diversity.
- Provide expert advice and support to hiring managers on best practices in interviewing, candidate evaluation, and employment branding.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly within in-house environments at high-growth companies.
- A strong track record of hiring for GTM roles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across cultures.
- A high level of adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to evolve processes to meet global hiring needs.
- Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other modern recruitment tools.
