Golden Proportions Marketing is hiring a Sonar - Operations Specialist to run operations at our fast-growing mental health startup. You will work directly with founders, turning messy, high-impact problems into clear plans and real outcomes that touch every part of the business and help Sonar grow in a thoughtful, well-run way.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with the CEO, Head of Product, AI Lead, and Wellbeing Operations Lead to keep the business running smoothly.
- Lead company rhythms including All Hands, Weekly Business Reviews, and daily standups, owning agendas and follow-ups.
- Manage partnership success by supporting analytics, reporting, presentations, and cross-team collaboration.
- Help build scalable approaches to activating youth and increasing engagement with Sonar.
- Lead core HR operations such as onboarding, feedback collection, and offboarding.
- Support ongoing SOC2 and HIPAA compliance by managing security tasks and coordinating with engineering.
What We're Looking For
- 3-4+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
- Experience running meetings, tracking execution, and holding teams accountable.
- Comfortable working in remote, fast-moving start-up environments.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in healthcare, mental health, or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC2 or HIPAA.
- Experience supporting analytics, reporting, insights or other customers and functions for partners.
