Role Overview
As a Solutions Engineer for EMEA, you'll play a key technical role in high-value enterprise sales, working closely with Account Executives to shape solution strategies that meet complex customer requirements. You'll engage with global organizations to demonstrate how our platform enhances digital experiences, aligning technical capabilities with measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and strategy throughout the enterprise sales cycle, from initial engagement to close
- Design and deliver customized demonstrations that connect platform functionality to business objectives
- Manage proof-of-concept initiatives, defining success metrics and showcasing tangible value
- Translate customer challenges into scalable technical architectures and clear solution roadmaps
- Collaborate with sales teams on deal execution and coordinate with Product and Engineering for seamless onboarding
- Contribute to RFP processes and relay customer insights to help shape future product development
What You Bring
- Fluency in both English and German, with additional European languages a plus
- Minimum of four years in pre-sales or solutions engineering within SaaS or enterprise software
- Experience supporting large-scale sales cycles involving technical and executive stakeholders
- Strong grasp of web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Ability to communicate effectively with developers, architects, and C-suite leaders
- Proven skill in crafting compelling technical narratives and presentations
- Organizational agility to manage multiple concurrent opportunities and a travel commitment of 25–30% across EMEA
Nice to Have
- Background in digital experience analytics, customer experience management (CXM), or related platforms
- Familiarity with agentic AI, enterprise data systems, or tagging frameworks
- Experience in fast-growing SaaS environments or digital transformation consulting
