What You'll Do
Partner with sales teams to lead technical engagements throughout enterprise sales cycles, from initial discovery to deal closure. You'll shape strategies that align platform capabilities with business goals, ensuring clients see measurable value.
Design and deliver customized demonstrations that connect technical features to real-world outcomes. Lead proof-of-concept initiatives, defining success metrics and validating performance against business objectives.
Translate complex customer requirements into scalable technical architectures. Serve as a trusted advisor to both development teams and executive stakeholders, including CIOs and CDOs, ensuring alignment across technical and leadership levels.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support smooth transitions after sale. Contribute structured feedback from clients to help shape future product development and respond effectively to RFPs.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and German; additional European languages are a plus
- Minimum of four years in pre-sales or solutions engineering within SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles in large organizations
- Strong grasp of web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Ability to build compelling narratives that resonate across technical and non-technical audiences
- Skill in organizing and advancing multiple strategic opportunities simultaneously
- Willingness to travel 25–30% across EMEA as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in digital experience analytics or customer experience management platforms
- Familiarity with agentic AI, enterprise data structures, or tagging methodologies
- Experience in fast-growing SaaS environments or digital transformation consulting
