Responsibilities
- Assist with technical evaluations, contribute to architectural planning, and develop proof-of-concept projects during the pre-sales phase.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to shape persuasive technical narratives that highlight product value.
- Present customized demos, technical workshops, and solution proposals for both technical and business audiences.
- Establish trusted relationships with clients, identify key technical stakeholders, and act as a consistent technical point of contact during sales cycles.
- Collect customer insights and communicate them to internal product and engineering departments to influence future development.
- Help refine tools, workflows, and shared materials used by the solutions engineering team to improve efficiency.
- Exchange expertise with team members and mentor junior staff on technical subjects and effective practices.
- Maintain up-to-date expertise in the company's platform, integrations, and broader technology trends.
- Respond to technical requests in RFPs and manage demonstration environments to support enterprise sales efforts.
- Convert customer needs into viable technical solutions using innovative problem-solving approaches.
- Engage in customer meetings and industry events to showcase technical expertise and platform capabilities.
