About the Role

This role bridges technical knowledge and customer engagement by translating business needs into solution designs, supporting the sales cycle with demonstrations, and ensuring alignment between product capabilities and client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client business challenges
  • Design solution architectures that align with customer requirements
  • Deliver product demonstrations tailored to specific use cases
  • Translate technical features into business value propositions
  • Respond to customer inquiries during the pre-sales process
  • Participate in proof-of-concept engagements
  • Customize presentations for different industry verticals
  • Work with internal teams to escalate product feedback
  • Support RFP and RFQ response development
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform capabilities
  • Assist in defining integration approaches for client environments
  • Present solutions during customer workshops and meetings
  • Evaluate customer workflows to identify automation opportunities
  • Ensure technical feasibility of proposed implementations
  • Coordinate with delivery teams for smooth handoffs
  • Use data to demonstrate system performance and outcomes
  • Address security and compliance considerations in designs
  • Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends
  • Contribute to the development of reusable sales assets
  • Improve solution delivery processes based on field experience
