As a Customer Solutions Engineer, you'll be pivotal in ensuring our clients maximize the potential of the Vanta Trust Management platform.
Collaborating closely with Account Management and Customer Success teams, you'll provide specialized technical guidance and customized strategies that drive both contract renewals and increased product engagement.
Additionally, you'll serve as a critical communication conduit between our product development team and customers, leveraging exceptional interpersonal skills to deliver precise, actionable insights that enable Vanta to incrementally improve daily.

What you'll accomplish as a Post Sales Solutions Engineer at Vanta:
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify, qualify, and propel renewal and expansion opportunities
- Construct and maintain robust technical partnerships through engaging product demonstrations, trials, and communication
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors potentially leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy
- Influence Vanta's strategic direction and product priorities by representing customer perspectives
- Develop comprehensive understanding of product capabilities, integrations, configurations, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape
- Foster an environment of collaboration, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement
- Engage cross-functionally to resolve customer challenges and pursue shared objectives
- Design processes and workflows supporting the development of a world-class Solutions Engineering organization
Success in this role requires:
- 2+ years of customer-facing, technical experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or equivalent
- Outstanding communication skills, comfortable presenting to individual contributors and decision-makers
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and drive them to completion
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Operating Systems, and cloud application architecture
- Strong project management skills adaptable to startup environments
- Creative, curious, technical, and naturally persuasive personality
- Meticulous and organized approach
- Passion for customer interactions, strategic discussions, and technical deep-dives
- Ability to interact effectively across organizational roles and levels
- Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations
- Preferably with B2B SaaS background
