What You'll Do
Guide customers through the full lifecycle of technical implementation, from initial training to long-term support. Conduct on-site sessions ranging from foundational instruction to advanced train-the-trainer programs, ensuring teams retain critical knowledge. Deliver precise, effective solutions during measurement service assignments in industrial settings such as aircraft hangars and manufacturing facilities.
Lead the development and refinement of knowledge base materials in all formats, ensuring accuracy and usability across global teams. Support customer education through contributions to whitepapers, webinars, and technical discussions. Perform rigorous testing of new features prior to release, validating both functionality and reliability.
Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, providing tier-2 support for hardware and software issues. Relay field insights to developers and influence product improvements based on real-world use cases.
Requirements
- US citizenship is required; no exceptions
- Must be able to work on-site in Dallas, TX; remote work is not permitted
- Technical bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, or industrial engineering, or a closely related field
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex systems clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with engineering software and strong general computer literacy
- Attention to detail and disciplined organizational habits
- Physical capability to work in industrial environments, including at heights and in confined spaces
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally (40% or more)
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in 3D metrology, non-destructive testing (NDT), or quality inspection systems
- Professional experience in Aviation-MRO, Aerospace, Wind Turbine, or Automotive quality engineering
