What You'll Do
Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to expand market presence across France, focusing on acquiring new enterprise clients and accelerating revenue growth. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing complex deals, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
Collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to build a strong, sustainable pipeline. Deliver clear, value-driven presentations that translate technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes for decision-makers at executive, IT, and developer levels.
Foster trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clients realize measurable value from their investment. Operate with autonomy while aligning with broader regional objectives in a high-growth technology landscape.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years in quota-carrying software sales roles, focused on enterprise accounts in competitive, fast-paced environments
- Proven success consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience creating and executing account plans to win net-new business
- Strong ability to articulate the business impact of complex technology solutions in simple, compelling terms
- Consultative selling approach, with experience in open-source, cloud, on-premise, or hybrid software deployments
- Entrepreneurial drive and competitive focus
- Fluency in English required

Work Environment
