What You'll Do
You will lead key strategic accounts throughout Morocco, driving revenue and profitability by expanding both original equipment and aftermarket sales. Your focus will be on building lasting customer partnerships and consistently meeting financial targets for the business units under your responsibility.
You will create and implement tailored account plans, leveraging Salesforce to manage pipelines, forecast performance, and track customer engagement. This includes organizing site visits, identifying growth opportunities, and staying ahead of competitor activity in the region.
As the primary technical and commercial contact, you will support customers on-site, coordinate product trials and installations, deliver training, and resolve technical challenges in close collaboration with internal engineering and operations teams.
A core part of your role is maintaining a strong commitment to safety, demonstrating zero-harm behaviors and supporting a culture where environmental and personal safety are top priorities.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
- Have 2–5 years of experience in industrial sales, technical account management, or a customer-facing engineering role
- Possess solid knowledge of hydraulics, rotating machinery, or industrial equipment systems
- Be fluent in Moroccan Arabic, French, and English
- Be legally authorized to work in Morocco without employer sponsorship
