The Key Account Manager will lead strategic account development across Morocco, focusing on sustained growth in both original equipment and aftermarket sales for key business units. This role requires a proactive approach to managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering results aligned with revenue and margin goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand strategic accounts, ensuring consistent growth in sales performance across assigned regions
- Develop and implement tailored account plans, including visit schedules, pipeline management, forecasting, and competitive analysis using Salesforce
- Serve as the primary technical and commercial contact, delivering on-site support, coordinating equipment trials, installations, and training
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and strengthen customer confidence
- Foster trusted relationships with decision-makers and operational staff at all levels
- Champion safety by fully adhering to zero harm principles and promoting a strong safety culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial sales, technical account management, or customer-facing engineering roles
- Solid knowledge of hydraulics, industrial systems, or rotating machinery
- Fluency in Moroccan Arabic, French, and English required
- Must have permanent authorization to work in Morocco without sponsorship
Work Environment
