What You'll Do
Lead strategic accounts across the EMEA region by serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. Focus on building trusted relationships with enterprise decision-makers, understanding their business objectives, and aligning solutions to deliver measurable outcomes. Own the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to negotiating contracts and ensuring client success.
Develop strategic account plans based on in-depth analysis of client needs, industry dynamics, and competitive factors. Use insights to guide forecasting, prioritize initiatives, and drive revenue beyond quotas. Maintain accurate tracking of key performance indicators and provide regular updates on account health and progress.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a unified approach to client engagement. Advocate for customer needs internally while aligning company resources to support long-term growth objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven history of exceeding targets in complex, large-scale environments
- Experience selling to Fortune 100 companies or similar organizations
- Strong ability to communicate and influence at executive and C-suite levels
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling and delivering tailored client solutions
- Exceptional negotiation, listening, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and attention to detail
- Fluency in English and strong written communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC
