About the Role
The individual in this position will collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand technical requirements, architect solutions, and support implementation. This role bridges customer needs with product capabilities through hands-on technical work and clear communication.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer workflows and technical environments to identify integration needs
- Design system architectures that align with client objectives and platform constraints
- Develop proof-of-concept implementations to demonstrate feasibility
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and feature requests
- Support onboarding by configuring and customizing platform components
- Troubleshoot integration issues across APIs, networks, and data pipelines
- Document solution designs and implementation processes
- Lead technical discovery sessions with client engineering teams
- Evaluate security and compliance requirements for deployment scenarios
- Provide input on product improvements based on customer use cases
- Assist in writing scripts and automation tools for deployment workflows
- Coordinate with support teams to resolve escalated technical issues
- Present technical solutions during sales and post-sales engagements
- Monitor system performance post-implementation and recommend optimizations
- Ensure solutions adhere to scalability and reliability standards
- Work with cloud infrastructure to deploy and test environments
- Advocate for customer needs within the development roadmap
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform updates and new features
- Contribute to internal knowledge base and training materials
Nice to Have
