Lockwood, part of Cushman & Wakefield, is hiring a Solutions Engineer II for the EMEA region. This role focuses on the technical engagement for Echodyne's radar products throughout the sales lifecycle, from demonstrations to deployment and support.
What You'll Do
- Be a key member of the sales team responsible for pre and post-sales technical engagement.
- Perform on-site radar demonstrations at external events, conferences, partner, and customer sites.
- Present the value of radar products to customer and partner solutions.
- Lead installation planning and integrations, execute deployment configuration and system tuning.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting.
- Manage relationships with existing and potential customers and partners during demonstrations.
- Participate in post-demo data analysis and report creation.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including application notes and user manuals.
- Collect customer feedback and interface with product managers and engineers.
- Travel up to 50% may be required.

- 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying technical role.
Nice to Have
- Experience coordinating efforts across teams and organizations.
- Experience working on a sales team.
- Experience deploying or operating radar systems, especially Electronically Scanning Array radars.
- Familiarity with a computer programming language, preferably Python or Matlab.
- Experience with Linux operating systems and using a Command Line Interface.
- A basic understanding of digital signal processing functions.
- Comfort troubleshooting both hardware and software issues.
- Experience conducting basic data plotting and analysis.
