What You'll Do
Lead the evolution of DevOps practices by implementing continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines. Design and maintain resilient, scalable infrastructure for distributed systems, ensuring security and performance are embedded at every level.
Build and refine the DevOps toolchain to streamline development, testing, and deployment workflows. Create and update technical documentation, including specifications and user stories, to align engineering efforts with business goals.
Collaborate across teams to integrate new features and adapt to changes in external platforms and open-source technologies. Share knowledge actively, promote best practices, and support peers in adopting efficient, repeatable processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience with AWS services, including compute, storage, and database solutions
- Background in designing highly available, scalable infrastructures for distributed systems
- Strong Linux proficiency and hands-on scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, and Bash
- Practical knowledge of Docker and containerized environments
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Ability to communicate clearly, influence technical direction, and work effectively within collaborative teams
- Mindset oriented toward conceptual thinking, quality outcomes, and driving change
- Demonstrated initiative in coaching others and sharing technical expertise
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS certification
- Contributions to open-source projects
