Responsibilities
- Design and deliver code examples, integrations, and applications in multiple programming languages and frameworks to showcase effective implementation methods and accelerate customer development.
- Lead integration efforts for large enterprise clients by developing reference apps, prototypes, and system architecture visuals.
- Build standardized workflows to streamline client onboarding and increase adoption of the identity verification platform.
- Provide technical support during presales, onboarding, and integration phases, helping resolve coding challenges and implementation patterns.
- Produce and update both public-facing and internal documentation to enhance team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
- Serve as the primary technical authority on platform integration and usage, both internally and to external partners.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to integrate customer insights and market needs into future product planning.
- Monitor industry advancements and emerging technologies to uncover new business and product opportunities.

Compensation
The total compensation package for this position, including base salary, annual bonus, and initial equity in Restricted Stock Units, ranges from $170,000 to $210,000 based on experience and technical proficiency.
