Responsibilities
- Partner with go-to-market teams to demonstrate the technical advantages of the Global Payroll Platform and secure customer engagements.
- Engage with potential clients to evaluate existing payroll processes and recommend enhancements and efficiencies.
- Serve as the primary technical contact during sales cycles, leading discovery sessions, responding to RFPs, and conducting platform demos and integration workshops.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to represent client requirements, speed up deal progression, and strengthen value propositions.
- Drive innovation by challenging existing methods and identifying ways to scale and enhance solutions.
- Maintain current knowledge of international payroll regulations, trends, and best practices to improve service delivery and technical expertise.
- Assist initiatives led by Partnerships and Marketing teams as needed.
