Heymarket is looking for a Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical partner across sales, onboarding, and customer success. In this client-facing, hands-on role, you will blend pre-sales engineering with ongoing solution support to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes from day one.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Account Executives to deliver technical demos for strategic prospects.
- Present product capabilities and walk customers through integrations like Salesforce, HubSpot, and REST APIs.
- Translate business requirements into workable technical solutions and best practices.
- Explore use cases and advise prospects on solution design.
- Partner with Customer Success and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth setup and integration.
- Document and improve deployment processes for faster, repeatable implementations.
- Guide customers through technical configuration to shorten time-to-value.
- Handle level 3 escalations in collaboration with Support.
- Write clear tickets for Engineering with reproduction steps and expected results.
- Prioritize and follow issues through resolution with Engineering.
- Act as the 'voice of the customer,' surfacing feedback to the Product team.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot, and with REST APIs.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability across integrations and workflows.
- Proven experience supporting sales cycles, onboarding, and driving adoption.
- Skilled at explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Advanced English (C1/C2) with strong written and spoken communication.
Nice to Have
- Experience configuring Salesforce (Lightning pages, Flows, Object Manager) and HubSpot (Workflows, app integrations).
- Familiarity with business messaging, automation, or communication platforms.
- Experience writing scripts or using APIs for proofs of concept.
- Knowledge of authentication methods (OAuth, API keys) and integration best practices.
- Track record of collaborating with both GTM and Engineering teams to deliver customer outcomes.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $54,000 to $60,000 USD.
